SVS Solutions has designed a self contained unit that may be dropped off on any work site for evaporation of contaminated fluids on location. Process is 12m3 to 16m3 daily.

The Kettle Tank has an outer and inner compartment with a total capacity of 8.0m3. The inner compartment houses the elements with a feed pump controlling the intake, the feed pump and elements are controlled by electric floats. The outer compartment allows solids and oil residue to settle out of the fluid prior to being pumped into the inner compartment with a filter screen before the pump for added protection. Chemicals may also be added, if necessary, for protection of the elements while fluids are being transferred into the inner compartment. With the outside of the Kettle being insulated, it is cool to the touch while operational. The inlet and outlet fittings allow for transferring fluids easily and safely. For cleaning workers enter the outer compartment of the kettle from the platform not from the top of the tank

The unit is powered with a stand alone Generator supplying either 600 or 480 Volts 3 phase. There is a secondary 120/208 Volt 3 phase panel for powering additional equipment (ie: complete tank farms, centrifuges, trash and flutie pumps, and boiler blow down tanks) from the unit. Outside flood lights eliminate having to rent light towers.

The Generator is computer controlled for maximum efficiency of all electrical and fuel consumption. Hooking into the rig’s water system allows for hot water while using Industrial Washer and Dryer unit.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE: Snow Valley Site Solutions has also developed a unique trenching sealer system that allows the rigs footprint to be sealed in for 100% containment without any ground disturbance.

The sealer system uses liners that are laid under the rig matting for containing, directing, and transferring contaminated fluids to the evaporation tank. The Sealer system consists of trench pegs, trench formed liner apron, catch pots, walkways, and a trash pump with hoses. This allows a major savings on final clean-up of the work site for both drilling and completion operations.

The boiler blow down tank is electrically controlled for disposal without having to transfer any fluids. All Additional Equipment supplied by Snow Valley Site Solutions is powered from the skid itself.
